It’s okay to feel many feelings. God is with us in every single one.

Little People, Big Feelings core workbook

The flagship workbook

Created with faith, growing with grace.

Each lesson holds one feeling—jealousy, loneliness, pride, greed, confusion—and a way through it: look together, talk, pray, and practice a verse. The books never ask children to erase what they feel. They teach that emotions are part of how God made us, and that His Word shows us how to respond.

Written for the lap, the Sunday school table, and the counseling room.

Luke 18:16

The author

A social worker’s care, and a verse in a lunchbox.

Lorraine writes from clinical training and ordinary family life. Lunchbox Love Notes began when she tucked Scripture into her daughter’s lunch on a hard school morning—and watched a small, stubborn kindness last all afternoon.

That same gentleness now runs through stories of grief, first-day jitters, tired mornings, and everyday feelings: God is near, and choices still matter.
